Of course! We offer many customization options such as adding a name, birth date, or personal message. You can also choose the colors and themes you prefer. Contact us to discuss your ideas.
Since all our products are handmade, we recommend ordering at least 2-3 weeks before your desired delivery date. For customized gifts or large orders, more time may be needed.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping throughout Greece via courier services (ACS, Geniki Taxydromiki, ELTA Courier). For Athens and Thessaloniki, we also offer courier delivery service. For urgent orders, contact us to find the best solution.
Delivery time depends on your location and product availability. For in-stock products, delivery is usually within 2-5 business days. For handmade products made to order, production time is 5-10 business days.
Shipping costs depend on weight and destination. For orders over €50, shipping is free throughout Greece. For smaller orders, costs start from €3.50. The exact cost is shown at checkout before completing your order.
Yes, we offer pickup from our workshop in Athens. When completing your order, select the "Pickup" option and we'll coordinate the day and time that works for you.

Products

We use high-quality materials that are safe for babies. Our yarns are 100% cotton or acrylic certified for infant use. All materials are hypoallergenic and gentle on baby's skin.
Yes, all our products are handmade with love and attention to detail. Each piece is unique and crafted by experienced artisans. The quality of our handmade work is our pride.
Most of our products can be machine washed at low temperature (30°C) with mild detergent. We recommend hand washing for better preservation. Avoid dry cleaning and ironing at high temperatures. Always follow the care instructions included with each product.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the product has not been used and is in its original packaging. For customized products, returns are only accepted in case of manufacturing defects.
Contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange an exchange. We'll provide instructions for returning the product and send the new one as soon as we receive your return.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Contact us immediately with photos of the issue, and we'll replace the product for free or refund your money, depending on your preference.

Payment Methods

We accept payments by credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), PayPal, and cash on delivery for orders within Greece. For corporate orders, we also offer invoicing and bank transfer payment options.
